ตุ่มคันที่ไม่มีใครไม่เคยเจอเคส เจอทีปวดหมอง หายคันยากจริงๆ

ลักษณะเป็น crusted or excoriated, hyperkeratotic, light to bright red papules, nodules or plaques with hyperpigmented margin ดังรูป

ขนาดเล็ก มิลลิเมตร ถึง 3 เซนติเมตร

แบ่ง Grading เป็น mild (<20 lesions, moderate (20-100 lesions), severe (>100 lesions)

มักอยู่ตามบริเวณรอยโรคหรือบริเวณที่เกาถึง หากอยู่ที่หลัง จะเห็นบริเวณผิวหนังปกติที่เกาไม่ถึงเป็นรูปคล้ายผีเสื้อ เรียกว่า Butterfly sign 🦋

อย่าลืมหาสาเหตุของโรคที่ทำให้เกิดอาการคัน ทั้งโรคผิวหนัง และ โรค systemic disease โดยเฉพาะ chronic renal disease, diabetes, neuropathic disease เป็นต้น
