Nail Pitting

เมื่อเห็นลักษณะของ Multiple small depression (pits) on surface of nail plate ดังรูป

🇲🇦 อย่าลืมมองหาโรคที่พบ Pitting nail ได้ เช่น
🔹Psoriasis
🔹Traumatic occupational injury
🔹Alopecia areata
🔹Eczematous dermatitis

🇲🇦 จากรูปจะเห็นว่าเล็บมีลักษณะดังนี้
🔸Discoloration e.g., areas of yellow or pink discoloration หรือที่เรียกว่า oil-drop discoloration หรือ salmon patches
🔸Onycholysis
🔸Subungual hyperkeratosis
🔸Nail plate crumbling
🔸Splinter hemorrhages

🇲🇦 ลักษณะที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น เป็นลักษณะที่ทำให้นึกถึง Psoriatic nails มากที่สุดค่ะ

🇲🇦 ผู้ป่วยรายนี้ได้รับการรักษาเล็บด้วยการทายา high-potency glucocorticoid in nail lacquer ติดตามการรักษา 6 เดือนต่อมาเล็บมีอาการดีขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน
